Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 15 days after delivery.

Items should not have been worn, altered or damaged and items should have should be in their original boxes with ALL original tags attached.

 

Luska can make exchanges (when merchandise is available) or issue store credit in the amount of your return.

Luska don’t do refunds.

ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE PACKING LIST. FOR EXCHANGES, PLS. ADD A SHORT NOTE WITH THE STYLE NAME, SIZE AND COLOR OF THE STYLE/S YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR

 

 

Please note that It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the item(s) back to our offices.

For any additional exchanges after the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
