Delivery And Shipping

For orders over $50 is free shipping.

If your order is below $50 you could choose the standard shipping (3-5 business days $4.99 or express 1-3 business days $9.99)

We deliver all over the US country. We don’t do international deliveries.

Once you place your order, it takes within 48 hours to be shipped. Delivery times for shipped orders will vary depending on your location and the regional carrier services available there. During peak holiday seasons this can take longer than normal, so order early to be safe!
It should take between 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on “Track Order“. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

You also will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow all the updates.

Returns and Exchange

Of course! We have a 14 day return policy.

  • Send us an email to sales@luskausa.com with your name, order number, phone number and the items you would like to return.
  • Our customer service team will analyze your case and if they approve it we’ll send you the instructions to start the return process.
  • Customer is responsible for returning shipping expenses.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

  2. Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
